Effective January 1, 2021, all Omabun items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit without exception.

To help you select the best fit, we provide detailed product size charts on every product page. Please ensure you review these charts carefully and take your measurements before placing an order. Our customer service team is also available to guide you in finding the best fit for your needs. 

No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of intimate apparel, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Shapewear

  • Fajas

  • Panties

  • Bodysuits

  • Postpartum and post-surgery accessories

  • Loungewear

All loungewear and shapewear pieces are final sale.

Manufacturing Defects

Exchanges or store credit will only be considered for verified manufacturing defects reported within 10 days of original purchase. Please note: items must be inspected and confirmed as defective; damages caused by wear, improper care, or washing are not eligible. Purchases made with promotional coupons or vouchers are also final sale.
