Shipping Process

Once your order is placed, please allow 5–7 business days for processing (or 3–5 business days for expedited orders). Each Omabun piece is crafted, labeled, and packed by hand, which is why processing may take a little longer than average.

Orders are shipped via USPS (unless otherwise stated) Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Pre-Shipment

“Pre-shipment” means your shipping label has been created and your package is being prepared. Labels may be printed in advance during our processing time.

Tracking

Once we drop packages at the post office, they are no longer in our control. You can track your order using the tracking number provided via email. For any delivery issues, please contact your local USPS office directly.

Returns Due to Address Issues

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed signature, you will be responsible for paying the re-shipment fee. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
